Dem just sign this law. The law talk say:
" If you get HIV/AIDS for south Africa after dem advise you and dem give you counseling dem go come give you Tattoo near your private part."
The tattoo dey so that when people wey no get HIV wan sleep with you dem go see say you get the disease and if dem wan continue that na dem business.
The government dey beg everybody wey get HIV/AIDS to comot go hospital so that dem go collect the tattoo
